Public Server Rules:
 No hacking. Hacking on U13 servers will get you permanently banned from U13, the Official Soldat Forums, and other Soldat sites.
Barret use, camping, "statwhoring" are allowed... They are all part of the game and these are public servers.
Don't unbalance the teams intentionally.
Do not abuse map/poly bugs.(getting on top of maps, shooting through polygons, etc.)
Absolutely no spamming will be tolerated.
Do not vote-kick someone unless they are hacking or severely disturbing gameplay.
Not knowing the rules is enough to justify a kick.
Private Server Rules:
Do NOT try to take over the server for clan wars or anything else. Doing this will get everyone involved banned.
This server exists so that people can get a good, fun game. Anything that ruins gameplay will result in a ban.
All rules from the public servers apply.
Admin Code of Conduct:
Be respectable, both on the site and in the servers. You are the face of U13.
Do not ban anyone from the servers except hackers.
Do not use the /say command in any server.
Contact FliesLikeABrick with any "special cases".
Complains about admins will be taken very seriously and will often result in deadminning.
The TeamSpeak server is at dyn.u13.net and is always running. You may use this for anything you please, whenever you want, no permission needed. If you would like to use the server for something other than Soldat while there is a game going on, please use a private channel. Please join and idle there while playing on U13, others do so and it makes the game more entertaining.

Some things to consider:
 Using any kind of hack or cheat ruins the game for everyone
Excessive arguing and complaining does no good
Want ops? Wait until I ask first
Everything is legal in the game. Things like camping and spawnkilling, though annoying, would have been prevented somehow if they were a problem in the game. Live with it.
Although everything is legal, be considerate to people that are AFK
Map glitches of any kind should not be abused at other peoples' expense namely their stats and patience.
Excessive profanity or slurs of any kind will not be tolerated, watch what you say
